About The Diabetes Centre
The Diabetes Centre has been delivering results to its patients living with diabetes since we opened in 2004.
Good diabetes management prevents serious diabetes related complications which could impact your life expectancy and quality of life. This is a daunting task and requires the involvement of many role players.

We at The Diabetes Centre take a team approach to your diabetes care with you as the patient at the center. We run a multi-disciplinary diabetes program with most services under one roof and ensure that you are looked after and followed-up regularly, empowering you to manage your condition confidently.

We are also a recognized Insulin Pump Centre equipped to manage type 1 diabetes patients on pump therapy.
This includes:
- Identifying patients that are candidates for pump therapy.
- Initiation of pump therapy.
- 24 hour access to care.
Our wonderful team walk a close journey with all pump therapy patients and have seen fantastic results, improvement in quality of life and diabetes targets using this therapy where applicable.
